⭐️Wow, what a weekend!⭐️
🪘A day of Sound Healing & Vocal Tai Chi on Saturday with Alistair
🧘♀️Followed by a soothing Sunday of morning Pilates with Olivia
🪷And then an Introduction to Buddhism day with Padmapriya, including a shared, homemade lunch that each guest contributed to.
We had lovely feedback from all 3 courses and there was such a warm, relaxed atmosphere in the house all weekend. This is what Claridge House is all about – people coming together for healing and restoration.
✨Outside of that, we also hosted a stall at @awakening_the_moon wellbeing event at The South of England Showground in Ardingly.
